1. About Xeno
Xeno is an independently operated gaming and Discord bot project providing digital tools, community features, and related services.
Xeno is not affiliated with Discord, Bandai Namco, or any other game publisher unless explicitly stated.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must use Xeno lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not use Xeno for illegal activities.
- Do not abuse, attack, or harass other users.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security measures.
- Do not distribute malicious software through Xeno.
- Do not intentionally disrupt Xeno infrastructure.
- Do not use Xeno in ways that violate Discord's rules.
3. Discord
Use of Xeno through Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Changes to Discord policies, APIs, or platform functionality may require Xeno to change or discontinue related features.
4. Third-Party Services
Xeno may rely on third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or failures caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.
5. Payments
Where payment or voluntary contribution functionality is available, payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with the payment provider's terms.

Contributions support Xeno's operation, hosting, maintenance, improvements, and development.
A contribution does not constitute ownership of Xeno, its code, intellectual property, infrastructure, or accounts.
7. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain Xeno but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Xeno's original website content, branding, code, and project materials belong to the project operator or their respective rights holders.
Third-party names, trademarks, game assets, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
9. User Accounts and Data
Users are responsible for their own Discord accounts and credentials. Xeno will not intentionally request your Discord password or other sensitive account credentials.
10. Disclaimer
Xeno is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that Xeno will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or third-party service.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated when necessary. Continued use of Xeno after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
